Allan started out his foray into property management as an onsite manager for an owner of
multiple properties, learning all the foundations of management. At that time, Allan had
already started to thinkthere had to be a better way to do things, and sought easier and more
efficient ways to accomplish management tasks at hand, primarily through the use of tech.
Afterwards, Allan joined various companies as a property supervisor, including commercial
property management, often with the addedrole of figuring improvements that could be made
to overall increase company efficiency, productivity, and decrease costs.
As such, Allan was brought on to Trumark with the same focus of assisting with the
implementation ofmodernizing and updating company processes and procedures utilizing
available tech, along with the standard management of properties. Allan provided the means
to overhaul many systems and processes in place, with the implementation of all new digital
systems. Allan also is involved with the implementation of business development ideas to cut
costs and create new profit streams to increaseoverall revenue along with identifying exposed
legal weak points to decrease company liability.
Allan also oversees all aspects of clients property portfolios, from leasing to evaluating assets
financialperformance to managing renovations and capital improvement projects.
Allan graduated from UCLA in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy. He also holds a
real estatelicense as of 2018.
Allan is an avid skier and roller skater, exploring many different mountains in the winter and
skatingaround different cities.
