- Alvin takes pride in effectively interacting with tenants to obtain the ideal home that fits their needs and primarily to assist in providing an enjoyable transaction along the way! He goes out of his way to clearly communicate requirements and obtain answers for client’s questions to ensure a peaceful mindset in our very active SoCal Real Estate market.
- He has over 9 years Residential Leasing Agent experience in the Los Angeles and Southern California market across several counties and over 10 years nationwide experience in Residential Mortgage Lending. So, you can see he’s had lots of opportunities to be of assistance!
Education:
Business Finance from Cal State Long Beach transferring from El Camino Junior College.
Personal Profile:
He is happily married and has 3 adult children and 2 adorable grandchildren. He enjoys time with family and visiting his grandkids who reside in Texas as often as possible. He enjoys bicycle riding, motorcycle riding (cruiser) and his favorite sports are Golf, Basketball and Football…and just about any sport. During downtime his “Happy Place” is riding the bike path along the coast from Santa Monica to Redondo Beach.
