- CPM/CEO’s secretary – handling all calls, schedule appointments (and/or
conference calls) and prepare all correspondence on his behalf. Research all items
he needs, do follow ups and follow strict deadlines. - Prospective Clients – Run property profiles and send out packages. Coordinate
any meeting for them to come in and meet with Management. - Enter Leases and deposits for new buildings starting management.
